Head gasket gone yet again. Well maintained. Lots of new parts including front cat and copper brake pipes. .. master slave ect. No time to repair but too good to scrap. Any Ideas ???

Welcome. Maybe list it for sale on a well know auction site. Or as DD suggests ask for help to fix it. If you do decide to ask for help, have a look at the book below

He's already told us he's bought a Freelander. On a technicality it's his second Freelander as he already drives a big Freelander. ;)
 
I had use some time back of a 56 plate FL2 diesel. Not sure what size engine? Very nice car with smooth 6 speed box. Doesn't feel as planted as a 4x4 but comfy enough to drive long distances. It's a car though, if I had one it would need to be able to tow heavy things, deal with mud and abuse. Think only FL1 4x4 (non soft top ;)) would be able to handle me
