are you saying he still needs to replace the turbo
but if you combine this post to the first post things come together
like I said I read correctly
yes I know nothingNo you didn't, he was not looking for a problem as you said, he found the perceived problem by accident. The vibrations at 2000-2500 RPM were not mentioned until post #67. Now when are you going to stop all this silliness you obviously have little idea what you are talking about.
Grow up the pair of you I got better things to do than listen to anyone crying they got bumped by a handbag deliberately and she gave me a sarcastic look
You're supposed to be adults, I shouldn't need to tell you what that involves
Shame, just beginning to enjoy that!
Cant yu move it in AG, so everyone else can get stuck in as well!
Nope, there's an OP that needs help and has had the good sense not to get involved with the hair pulling and eye scratching.
yes I know nothing
like I mentioned TC and flex plate in the first few posts ..
you argued with me asked questions what actually moves when the engine shuts down
now that you have been back to school and learned a few things your the man
good luck bro
Ok, new question!! Any one running the
Ashcroft HD torque converter?

I'll be be doing the pin pointing this afternoon when my son gets back from school. The converter has not failed at this point, just sounds like it is complaining..
This was the idea of asking for pointers.
I have recently been over the mountings and prop shafts after doing a routine check and grease up under the bus. She is in all honesty quite a good solid car underneath. Hence the reason I jumped at the chance to buy it.
Like I said its a process of eliminating the problem before as you say spending out on something that could just be a £30 bearing or a new converter. I'm not actually going to talk myself into removing the gearbox on a whim!!! Have you seen the size of that barstool under there?? Millennium falcon springs to mind...
an engine crane lifting through the tunnel once the plates removed makes it doable on a drivewayLike I said its a process of eliminating the problem before as you say spending out on something that could just be a £30 bearing or a new converter.
