I think you may be able to disarm the alarm but as far as I know none of the diagnostic tools can disable the immobiliser.

I think the trick to disabling the alarm is to change the country code to something like Dubai, there was some threads on it a while back.
I'm pretty sure you cannot disable the BECM Engine ECU immobiliser handshake but you can re-sync if it fails.

You can indeed disable the alarm or the immobilser, & keep it in the UK English settings.
Blackbox stuff can do this.

T4, i never touch, Autologic is only used if i haven't my diagnostics with me or i'll instructing others over the phone on diagnostic procedures,

Other than that, It's Blackbox diagnostics. There system just cannot be beaten, in fact, i rate them the best in the world.

This might be of interest, I have just received the latest Hawkeye V5 manual from Bearmach and attached is an section covering the becm. If anyone wants a copy pm me your email and I will send it to you.
One thing is clear, if the becm is locked Hawkeye cannot unlock it. If it is locked it cant be recoded.
