Yes there are, that is without doubt and there always will be. But this is not as pleasant a place to be as it once was, it is going to get a lot worse before it gets better. How can you rectify short comings if they are not pointed out. Is the country becoming a dumping ground for every sick lame or lazy freeloading bastard that ever walked something to be proud of. Ostrich, head and sand springs to mind.

your point is valid mate and i agree we got serious issues to sort but it's the fact that people dwell only on the bad and never on the good, if you keep telling yourself something bad is going to happen eventually it will.

Ok everything in the place is **** but our local chippy has really good vinegar. I mentioned something good. This place is on it's way to hell in an hand basket if something is not done bloody quickly. It's not telling yourself something bad is going to happen that is the problem it's seeing that it is and not doing anything about it. If your Rangie had no compression on seven cylinders but it was excellent on number eight would saying number eight was fine make the others stop burning oil. Would they eventually get better on their own or do you think that at sometime in the future your engine will expire. But if you keep talking about number eight all will be fine?

I did not say or imply you do not see what's going on. Just that if and when you do you prefer not to look.

Well here's what i've done in my non looking position, i've been on the campaign team for a succesfully elected Labour Councillor, he's white by the way. He's been in office now for 20 years. Whats been your input to the changing the local political scene that you find so abhorrant?

Or are you all talk and no trousers?
