Series 3 Radiator bleed off hose

Hi all
Noticed this morning my radiator bleed of hose running across to the expansion tank has had its day and needs replacing. Can’t find any on line is this something I can make up from plumbing merchant? If anyone knows where to find the genuine item I would be most greatfull. It’s for a series 3.

If yours is only split at the rad fitting cut and re-attach ...

I had an issue with the original. It blocked and blew the expansion tank cap off.
I replaced it with a piece of reinforced pvc hose. About 50p from B&Q.
