I have both on my Fokker, 2 x OEM Wolf and 2 x Aftermarket.
The steel is exactly the same thickness and the wheel wieght is also the same.
Original ones are stamped with the size and part number and the aftermarkets aren't.
The holes around the wheel are closer to the rim on the originals by 7mm and the inner weldments (where the rim meets the hub on the back side) are slightly more curvatious on the originals.
I don't think you 'need' the 60mm studs but would recommend the 46mm over the 40mm.
The 40mm (FRC5925) has a slot/indent on the top, the 45mm (FRC6137) hasn't. You need to remove the hub on Defenders with Disk brakes to get the 45mm studs in.
Although there are several 'rules of thumb' in engineering tems if the nut goes on the stud/bolt by 6 turns then it is structuraly sound, any more is superfluous.
