Has any one purchased these Paddock Aluminium Gear Knobs? Look really good value, but seem almost to cheap.

They're very cold to your hand when its cold outside being metal ones, I have a cheap transfer box knob which is similar and its ok

As above, just feel cold and lifeless in the hand, so much so I made a pair for my RRC.

+1 for that. Wouldn't repeat the experiment, it's cold enough in the winter without adding to it.

Never found them to be a problem, but then I do not drive along resting my hand on the knob.

Great in summer but cold in winter unless you can perhaps knit a knob warmer? And who would'nt want one of those?
