Do your fans respond correctly to the fan speed control? If your heater matrix is working there will be heat there no air blowing across it and you'll hardly feel it.

I have same problem, have heat but only bblows on the screen. plenty of how to guides on here to fix it.

well do they obvious things like checking the pollen filters, they could be full of leaves if the foam is missing from the grill between the wiper arms, try the blend motors, use the manual selection buttons see if the air flow does move between the vents.
When you say the fan is noisey, which one, there's two remember one on either side

When I changed out the heater core in mine I inspected the blend motors if you turn the fan right down and like Nickpen said press the position buttons one at a time I.E. Window screen then foot well you should be able to hear the relevant flap open and close. Listen very carefully.
