Relay and fuse plus the fuse box itself could be faulty. Check to see if you have power at the pump connector.

Right I fitted the new pump and it's working tried the car it pulled in reverse fine pull it under load and it pulled turned it off went back to it 2 mins later now it's back to how it was before but the pumps still running losing the will to live with this car

Do you think the car would run if the fuel lines where the wrong way around at the in tank pump ? As the pumps running but I'm getting no fuel still up to the filter housing but someones been messing before

I do not know for sure if it would run If the pipes are crossed, but if they are, you should get flow out of the leak off pipe union on the FIP.
Bacterial growth in diesel can be a problem, with the pipes disconnected, it might be worth giving them a blow through with an air line.

They where the wrong way around but I've swapped them around and still the car has no power I'm close to the end with it now
Now you have swapped the pipes over, have you checked for flow at the filter?
Because the pump motor runs out of the tank, it does not mean it will run when immersed in diesel.
