The more I'm looking at the car the more I suspect someone has been here looking for the issue already as I'm finding stuffs already been messed with

I'm thinking the same any pointers on where to start or what power ect I should be getting to the related wiring please
Well, you could look for corrosion in the connector to the MAP sensor, then you could do the same with the EDC connector, disconnect the battery first. Using RAVE, you could check for continuity between the MAP sensor connector and the EDC connector.

Rave is a free download have a look in the Technical archive top left of range rover home page look for a post by Wazzar jnr and then download from his dropbox.

Think I may of found the problem . But I dont have any starting issues it starts very well but I've changed the fuel filter and did the test data said ignition on for 10 seconds and should have 180 ml of fuel I got about 45 ml

Have I tested it correct I took the pipe out of the rear of the fuel filter housing and placed my jug under the pipe and turned ignition on and counted to 10

I can never remember, some run with the glow plugs on, some only run when cranking, Wammers how to in the tech archive should have the details.
It does sound like the in tank pump is shot, a common failure. However, with a full tank the car should run OK without the pump at least on the flat. If the tank is less than half full then lift pump failure can cause problems.

Hopefully some one can tell me how to check it
Here is Wammers guide:-
Remove fuel feed pipe from filter or remove the filter, place pipe in or position a suitable measuring vessel suitable measuring vessel under filter head. With ignition OFF remove fuel pump relay (relay12). Take wire from positive side of battery and power number 5 contact on relay socket for ten seconds, in this time a minimum of 180Ml of fuel should be pumped. Number 5 is the connection which is contrary to the other three.

I can confirm the in tank pump is dead I've done all the test mentioned on here and I'm getting nothing even with a live from the battery so im now thinking how to change it under rear seats or tank off and pattern part or genuine VDO . Thank you all for your help

If you have the twin exhaust then drop the tank and check rear brake lines for corrosion where they go behind the tank. VDO pump. I bought the rubber that connects the tank to the filler and just cut the old one so I didn't have to take so much off.

Tank off is best, you can change the rubber connecting piece on the filler pipe which will almost certainly be perished, good time to check the brake pipes too.
