Hi I do plan on keeping it for a long time, unless I win the lottery lol I have looked on the nanocom website and they seam to be about £446 ish so if I can get one without the wife finding out watch this space lolSupapete on Anglesey has a nanocom but it's for a thor. If you are prepared to buy the license for the doozle, he might be able to help.
If you plan to keep the car any length of time, I'd be inclined to invest in nanocom as it will pay for itself very quickly and get you out of some sticky spots!
