I wonder if you guys have any ideas!! I have had my 110 landy for a couple of months, and have never worked on one before. I have managed with the help of an awesome 4x4 breaker yard and a mate, to change the dud engine to a 200tdi, changed the clutch, done the conversions for the engine - was running like a dream - and then yesterday it began overpressurizing on the water filler cap - has so far blown 2 hoses, and I had a three hour limp home from Oxford to Swindon, stopping every couple of miles to cool down - both of us!!! I have removed the radiator stat, checked the flow from the water pump, engine is running cooler, but still overpressurizing. We have been told over the phone that it is the head gasket???
