Opportunity to Join Africa Adventure

Given the resources of the RN, are they supplying a vehicle and other logistics?

I’m a cynic at the best of times, but it’s a big ask for a stranger to give or loan a vehicle to a group of strangers for such a purpose.
 
I hadn't realised the post was so old, he last logged on the day after he posted and never since..so hasn't seen any of this...Perhaps 24 hours later the lack of Defenders, Discos, Freelanders and Series getting offered disheartened him a little.

but i'm not surprised, its just a lot of woolly nonsense with no certainty, nothing to back it up
 
If it’s a genuine charity expedition, I would have thought some corporate sponsorship in the form of a vehicle would be more appropriate. It’s optimistic to expect someone to gift a vehicle.
 
Anyway lets not focus on the negatives, on another note I would like to take a trip expedition to Bermuda.... If someone can give us a Yacht and 1000 litres of fuel I will promise to send you some lovely pictures of my expedition. The goal is to focus on wildlife so I will be patting some turtles every time I hit a beach.
 
l've got a Land Rover they are welcome to borrow for the trip. Just needs a little TLC

One should ask to be 'blessed' with a yacht.
