Oil leaks and MOT

Engine oil leaks with the new MOT gumph that went on April, will it be a problem passing?

Nothing is puddling on the floor, and im actually wondering if its just left over from last leak, but anyway have they tightened up on it?

As he said, will be reported but thats it (make sure your engine has enoguh oil though as they will abandon the test otherwise)
