Update for me, I part the incartec iso to iso adapter for the Harman Kardon amps and it worked for 10 minutes now won't work anymore !
I have no idea whats going on, with the factory head unit back in it all works fine, amp comes on etc, with the new head unit in and the incartec leads connected nothing at all, stangely enough I am seeing voltage on all pins using a voltmeter including the amp turn on wire, though I am not sure what the correct voltage should be for that cable, whether I use the incartec cable or connect the blue wire from the back of headunit directly to the purple/yellow cable the amp still won't turn on.
Any ideas what I maybe doing wrong or anything else I can try?
As I said initially when using the incartec cable it worked fine and sounded amazing then it just cut out, occasionally if I disconnect the incartec cable and reconnect it 10 minutes later it will produce sound for literally a second then stop again. A video online showed the inside of one of those devices and they look amazingly simple so I don't know if its that or not, but as I said I am still showing voltage on all the pins for the speaker output.
I have exhausted all my ideas. Anyone know what voltage is required for the amp turn on wire or anything else I can try?
