That's what confused me he mixed 24 hour clock and 12 hour clock. By saying 0400 then PM there is no 0400 PM. And then 7.30 - 8.30 am. 4.00 pm yes but 0400 is 4.00 am in the morning to me.

Tax year weeks over here week one starts 1st or so of April, new tax year.

I know for a none Brit the language must be a bloody pain. What about the Frog who came to learn English walked down the street in London saw a sign in front of a theatre ( NEW MUSICAL CATS) Pronounced success. Turned round and went home.
 
It's funny you guys banging on about new air springs because I have got a bit of a flat hoof!!!!! :mad:
You have seemingly covered all of the angles thus saving me asking for your valued advice...
I think I'll plumb for the Gen II's I'm off shopping now...
I'll let you know how I get on if your interested...;)

i have ordered the gen II and hopefully I get then today ore tomorrow :)

and it will be the first time sins 1997 i have driven a p38 that not on the bump stops :eek:

but lets get some feet back on what you think about the gen II an i will make s photo manual for change air springs :)

With compressor running. Take off inlet filter. Put your finger over inlet.There should be suction. If there is no suction strip compressor and find out why. Check inlet and exhaust valves in head and fit of piston in bore. If there is suction. Remove blue pipe from compressor you will have to free it from the mounts for this. With pump running put your finger over outlet it should not be possible to prevent air escaping. If there is no pressure or very little strip compressor and find out why as before for no suction. If there is good pressure remove exhaust filter, put your finger over outlet if there is any air escaping you either have a split diaphragm or a malfunction of the solenoid diaphragm valve. This should be energised when compressor is running to apply pressure from tank via small 4mm tube to underneath of diaphragm to seal exhaust outlet. If you have good pressure at pump and no leak at exhaust tank should fill.
