I'm replacing them on my 13 year old with the standard ones - too hard on the compressor otherwise.

I like the sound of the Arnotts, but it's a lot of extra money for a dubious result.

After selling a load of motorcycle bits on e-bay I've used the cash for a set of GenIII's and will be fitting them tomorrow.

I'll let you all know how the car feels compared to standard after it's done if anyone is interested. True they are expensive, but look very well made.

Wasted your cash unless you are a serious off roader, you need the longer shocks to go with them now:rolleyes:
Gen 2's are fine for normal use:D

You will love em Lone Wolf. Throw away the sea sickness tablets and start hitting the bends at faster than 30mph without fear of the Rangie topling over :)

Rising rate springs do help though as do antiroll bars:D

All air springs are rising rate springs. I find the standard ones to be fine. I have very little body roll with standard springs and standard shockers. If body roll is a problem then changing the shockers would be a far more cost effective cure than uprated bags. The GenIIIs for instance are a serious waste of money together with the extra travel shocks required for them if you are not a out and out off roader. In my view the extra cost of modified air springs is not justified for normal road use. The standard ones are fine.

i just ordered the gen II because there is a life time Warranty on them and a very small price difference.

:)

Fair enough if that's what you want it's your money. But you are paying the extra money for the life time warranty and under normal circumstances you won't have the vehicle when they go pop. But it's your choice. :):):)
