What A PITA this is, this is how much I did so far, and I'm not going to do it all in a day, I will do it over a week, I recommend don't do it

It driving me mad, It looks a bit untidy because of the wax cotton thread, but I will clean that up later.... don't know how, but I somehow managed to get a knot in to as well to make things harder lol

Because of the power steering change and the positioning of the pump etc, I have had to move the battery under the pax seat, and rewire/reroute the cables, also change the filter, I think it looks not too bad, and you wouldn't know.... unless you know!!

Sorry been no updates but having camera problems, there are with my phone

The Baines seals, stainless steel insert (lots left over) New spin on oil filter (second hand but a refurb) door card. And other bits a bobs done like oil changes and new seals, all silly stuff but need to be done

As you might know I'm not so good with electrics, so I had to send it away to finish it off, picking it up tomorrow and it all done, I won't tell you how much it was............ but it was too much!!
 
There are folk out there who restore wire spoke steering wheels, the covering removed from the metal and then recast in the mold. How much I don't know.
