You do have options... theres other people near you like others have said, just a matter of time before you could go out with someone else or a with a group... be patient, better than getting yaself in the ****.

he said he had no one to go with ,and better to have a go than not,maybe he can drive and not need a leader to tell him what gear or line he might need or the next 3 yards

Hear hear Sir Jamesmartin, well said!!

I'm from Cumbria, some of the best off-roading country you'll ever know.....and I often have to get into the sticks on my own. That's when knowing what you have under you can do the business.....and that's why I LOVE MY DISCO!!!

mate, like a said, good advice. and if someone on this forum is near me & fancies a day out, then cool, we'll go.

I know i could travel the country & meet like minded folk, but i have a family & a house to run & i couldnt afford to spend £100 or more on a weekend runing up & down the country to "play".

maybe us cumbrians could set up a little 4x4 club

but as you will all know, (north cumbria) there aint too many great lanes that are 'legal' to travel. however, there are some good lanes, that arent technically 'legal'
