manifold stud thread damaged advise needed

i need to place one of my manifold studs for a change its not snapped but the treads have gone so i was thinking of going upto m10 from m8 does anybody have any idea where i can buy them from or a better suggestion

8 mm helicoil, keeps everything standard

Unfortunately it's been loose for a while so the hole has been made bigger

A 8mm helicoil tap is bigger than 8mm regular tap-the hole would have to have been made a lot bigger for a helicoil not to work
