That's because I haven't sent it to you as I dont have your e-mail address :doh:
I read your post wrong.... I'm sure I read that you would email to me and BB I do struggle reading though, really should have listened at school
Email sent.
With luck it has a file attached.
It may even be the right file
I int in Chester, that's Cheshire west where scooter riding pooofters live. Move me over in an easterly direction to south of manchester please.
I've put you in Over Peeover, tha'ts more easterly and south of Manchester...
Ta. Went for the humourous name? close enough though.
(p.s. Gemsdad dunt live slap bang in the centre of Manchester, he's more westerly on the outside of the M60)
I have contacted Buildwas in shropshire today.
No answer on the mobile number, i left a message.
I also sent an email which they promise to rely to within 24 hours.
Standby for more details.
Oh, it is an off road site. 50 acres, has hardstanding and camping facilities with electric hook up and showers, toilets etc. Its in the heart of shropshire. There is an abundance of lanes in the area, some real crackers as well.
Oh and there is a few b and b's and a premier bin not too far away for those who are allergic to tents.
Welcome to Buildwas Leisure - 4x4 Off Road Centre in Ironbridge, Shropshire
Sounds ideal
too be honest i think it is.
Its central and 5 minutes from the motorway with arguably one of the most understated counties for laning in the uk.
The only downside i think would be the size of the site, its not as big as places like park wood or frickly. But I'm led to believe it has everything for all and it has some difficult places for people to get stuck in!
My feeling is that what will be a major factor is the size of available space for camping/social/activities other than off-roading so long as the course is half decent as it's only one factor that will encourage folk to come along
Not much in the way of hotels nearby, travel lodge and premier seem to be 8 to 10 miles
Apart from that its a good location
Suppose it depends who the event is for
LOL, I suppose if its just for the usual lot who do laning trips and such then camping will be important.
I was thinking this was meant for a wider audience though
And not everyone likes off roading and camping, its not obligatory if you own a Landy
Laning is good though

It's not the camping that's important but the area in which we can all get together.......which, without getting very expensive, is likely to be a camping site
