Really sorry but here I go again. So can I fit pins on top like I did on the bottom ? I have 2 spare ones, also there is no holes in my slam panel to match those mounts, so do I just drill them in and bolt on ??

yes
yes,6mm bolts ie 10mm spanner size,6mm flange nuts are great for such a job, clamp rad tight to slam panel whilst drilling the holes through the fitted brackets

Got the mounts today, so had a Mock set . There is 2 drilled holes already in the right side of slam panel and the mount lines up with these and also pin on top in first pic, the pin only comes through just enough to get mount rubber on.
Second pic is pin on old Rad to show how far it comes out.
Can I use these pins at that length ? or should they be made longer ?

Just moved them along a bit and everything looks good. I Think:rolleyes:. All bolted in now, BUT I'm a bit concerned that my Rad is slightly above the wings at the top. most pics I've looked at seem to be a little lower.
Wings are all bolted up with all holes aligning up right. Slam panel holes lined up perfect.
Is this OK ? or have I missed something out ?
