the top part of rad frame sits just above the slam panel which it will when pegs are directly mounted to lower frame and the brackets removed
Cheers might not get chance till weekend but will have a go, Ive got an older one to Practise on first coz knowing me Ill slip and slice through the Rad :) in fact Ill take it out the frame first then cut.

unbolt the lower frame and grind the raised mounting brackets off

at slow speeds it directs the air through all parts of rad and intercooler if fan is working, if it isnt it doesnt do much
Right got it now, I have an electric fan fitted to my Rad as the Viscous thingy wouldn't turn as it was hitting the steering box so took it off. It makes sense to have one of these so will try and get one as there should be plenty room to fit it.

Well your advice on this James does exactly what it says on the tin :) Last week I hade half a day planned to do this, well a Day knowing my track record. as I thought I would be cutting brackets off the chassis then trying to somehow bolt them back in place ect ect.
Took me half hour tonight done what you said and its Bang On, well I Think please tell me if Ive done something wrong.
Kept the plugs, cut them down and put in the opposite way after drilling new hole,
