MHM I like you but fook off ,you must be joking!!

They failed to control the banks which caused the financial melt down of the country which caused the firms to go bust and dear old claw to lose his job.

Secondly they have allowed house prices to get so high that graduates now (my sister in law for one) cant afford to move out untill they are 37 of average. 13 years is enough time for the balme to be theres, especailly as they liked to nanny so much-they just nannied the wrong things!

And dont even get me started on the immigriation explosion which has changed our culture forver- who asked us if we wanted that before it was too late??

Anyway no offence meant to anyone but that just how I feel , especailly as I may now lose my job which has exhisted since nelsons time because of the bankers/deficit but I am sure they will keep all the NHS interperators and gay,lesbian and transgender co-ordinators that labour employed in the last five years!!

Peeps couldnt afford houses 35 years ago, let alone 13. Its the greed of individuals that have caused house prices to rise. Can you remember the 13 years of "Tory misrule"? I aint a political animal, but the Tories and Maggie in particular encouraged a self/self/self approach. Firms have been going out of business for tens of years. Yes the banking crisis didnt help, but the British manufacturing industry has been decimated for the last 50 years. I aint no supporter of the last government, but how did the Labour government destroy the Greek and the Icelandic economies, let alone the rest of Europe? Canada brought in Austerity measures 10 years ago - I suppose they realised after 3 years of Labour in power in the UK, that they had to batten down the hatches?

sounds about right (canada noticing labout ****e) , dont get me wrong I am no tory either!

Canada will be always better off as they have things to sell, gold diamonds silver oil timber etc but we aint got **** left!

It was the fault of each respective governemnt as the buck stops there, and in this case literally!

labout do seem to just spend on all the lefty ****e they can and take no notice of the bank balance at any point (a bit like my sister in law actually lol)

So called greedy money making entrepeneurs also create jobs for people and revenue for the tax man.

hang on in there, have been where you are twice not nice I know, got made redundant 4 years ago and then started my own small busniness been up and down a bit but still keep the your gimp suite on and well theres always tomorrow you never know what's just round the corner and we need your help and advice on our needy P38's.

There's probably money to be made off the forum here helping those that can't help themselves.

There's hardly a day goes by without someone popping up with a 'Help wanted in X' post. With your experience you should be in a good position to do 'Mobile P38 Mechanic - Attitude and Gimp suit at no extra charge'.
Have a look on RR.net and see how many people have done the brake Modulator fix, there's 29 pages of posts on that thread, he sold 3 today alone. There doesn't seem to be anyone doing it this side of the pond. Shupack set up business doing valve block rebuilds in his bedroom. It was only about 2 years ago that he posted on the forum that he was thinking about quiting his day job to concentrate on it and now RoverRenovations employs several people, has broadened from P38 to RRS, D3, L322 to ensure a future pipeline and is open to agencies.
These are real opportunities for someone like you who has the knowledge and the contact base that this forum offers.

Give it a shot!

Yer a star fella ..... see, thats what I miss.. fer 36 years I was out & about in & out of Businesses & peeps houses designin Heatin Systems & Fixin em ....& fer the last 12 Months I've done JACK ****!!!....drivin meself into an early grave wiv stress!!!!........

I miss the "one to One" wiv peeps & the "FFS I KNOW whast THAT IS you just needf to do XXXX (or whatever) ....


Juist had a GREAT IDEA ... (after reading them posts for that dude in France) .. I'll set up "Fix yer RAngie" phone consultation line ....(Fer them RICH French guys!!) ..charge em 2 euros a min .....

half hour phone call & I'll have made £50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
