Xbox and TV, apparently theres f*** all to do in the Sahara
Honestly, I don't really know.. Laptop and hard drives to load pics from the GoPro's each night, maybe a travel kettle.. Thats about all I have planned. But if I am getting a second battery for the fridge anyway, I think it's just a useful thing to have for the future.
Get a jetboil, the gas lasts for ages and you have enough water for 2 in a couple of minutes. Great if you go off for a wander.
I would wire your inverter to the ignition as they burn out quickly conected even turned off !
Jesus I'm scared to plug it in now

Wouldn't worry too much. I know a few people who have been running inverters for years and years with no problems at all
Just don't buy dirt cheap Chinese crap!

I think I did anyway, this is what I have;
2000w power inverter ideal for camping car caravan new silverline | eBay
Looks the same as my 1800w, lasted about 4 years before it gave up. They arent keen on lumps of firewood being thrown at them

Surely you would wire it up with an isolator switch anyway? Or a solenoid and switch on the dash? Well I think I'm going to do both .
How you guys getting on? Me and cartoon head was thinking of a pub meet in the not so distant future (before Wales) to make sure as a team we don't forget anything excited much haha
