I've got a lappy, webcam, digital cam that works as a webcam - just no inverter

A normal camera used as a webcam will always be better quality - most can be used that way.

Biggest problem might be fixing the camera to something.

Ere i bet you could use one of those new fangled video camera thingies what record onto memory cards...I hear they has there own battery and everythin

tryin to improvise with wot ive got or more wot i aint got

Theres an inverter in me garage somewhere.....aint seen it for about a year though

My digital camera will do, but it doesn't record long on my 2GB card.

Easiest would be to buy a couple more SD cards....Hmmmm!
