Never before has a vehicle bin so good, that it needed so many mods to be bearable.
Chatting to a ground worker on site today, a fellow Tratter nutter, worked in an LR outfit at some time.
'Either you get Defenders, or you dont..'
Am delighted to reside in the former half of the statement.

Obverously summink wrong with the rest of you..

Well dinner was a success, although we had to drive 1.5 hours in each direction in 39 degs heat with no aircon, still with the windows down and the roof wound back it weren't too bad.
Dins was delish, fabulous place, and the owner, bless him, gave us a free glass of bubbly just before we left, not because we had told him what we were celebrating, he just presented us with it. Once we told him he said "Quelle patience!" Which was funny. A bit!! 🤣 🤣 Do love going to places where they know you. 15 years we have been going there. Best place for 10s of miles around. Had a bottle of Corbiere. Get it now while stocks last! (That being the place where the big fire was!).
We joked that at €35 it was a euro for each year we had been together, so next year we'll have to look for a bot at €36. I said "Don't worry, I am sure Bruno will whack an extra euro on it if we ask him nicely!"
Hope you all had a fab day!:):):)

I saw the most enormous caterpillar today:

It was travelling across the shed floor as fast as its little legs would go. I wonder what it will turn into?

Edit - maybe it's the larva of an elephant hawk moth.

Looked him up...... the boat looks like a dateline bikini

I have no idea, I think he may have done it before I knew him as well as I eventually did.
It did a funny thing, he could tip it up so the boat rested on its gunwale or rubbing strip or summat, and it would stay that way till you pushed it back on its wheels again, i.e if you took a bend a bit quick! Accidental, not designed-in.
Exactly like the shortest Mini in which he found himself doing wheelies in reverse.
