Simlar thing here this morning. A fellow dog walker was pointing a phone into the branches of a small oak. There was a fledgling blue tit there that had been on the ground but fluttered up as they got near, it was clambering up the twigs to get elevation for another go I think. Tiny wee thing.Well, planted six sunflower seedlings out and hoping for a good show
Emailed the council asking when new door is arriving and telling them not to send the same workman for a third attempt
Girlfriends for tea again, nice ham salad
Neighbour found a Magpie fledgling on the grass and decided to take it to the R.S.P.C.A. (she's Polish) I mentioned that it's mum would probably be looking for it and taking it away was a bad idea

Me water butts av run out. Edgar is avvin to survive on severn trents finest. Eye sprayed me lupin ayfids again. This time when the spray is right on them they wash oft. Slowly winning the battle eye fink. They were talking about ayfids on r4. Tis a bad year ferrem.

After my wife & I called him out for being such a big baby and a rat-fink the BIL has finally (6 days late) visited his mother in hospital.

Well, I thought it was going to be good weatherwise today, but halfway through mending the henhouse roof, it started thundering, so I had to rapidly cover the eggbox bit with black plastic as I had taken its roof off for mending/ replacing purposes.
So I pinched a bit of the old henhouse and spent ages stripping it back to see if I could use it for this little bit that needs replacing.
I'll prolly get there tomoz.
What a farce.
Peeps who flog henhouses should be taken out and shot they are all rubbish.

So so hot today 
I had to open the windows on all the machines, I dont like to open the front window on the shear machine as bits of metal come flying out. I put it through a kabota engine today think it was a cam lob that flew out

Latest odd goings on here yesterday - several vehicles went along the track and disappeared into a dip past a house further up, but didn't reappear the other side. Then one came the other way and didn't reappear our side of the dip and since one of them was the Guardia Civil our interest was raised and we decided to investigate.
It turned out that it wasn't a time warp or a black hole or something but a dead body had been discovered off the edge of the track, the police, CID and coroner were all there plus the people who discovered it. We only walked both ways past there on Saturday to a neighbour's house but there was no sign of anything then.
Makes you wonder what the hell goes on in the night sometimes, assuming whatever happened wasn't in broad daylight. We don't get much traffic past here, or see many people, and haven't seen anything out of the ordinary.
