Bit borin, but revisiting summink @Dippypud commented to @DanClarke a while ago. My ankles are shot, flat feet, football, bike accidents etc. I thought supports and stiff army boots were the way but have realised Dips was right. Let them do their job, much better all round.

But we do buy drinks in pubs and restaurants. Today we bought a bot of wine at about £23.
We know where it came from as it is close to our place in frogland.
Would have cost about €8 max at the vigneron! (of course there is a 3 x mark up in a restaurant!)
