Had to give up on this one.
Yes the diagonal does pass through the centre of the middle circle. But beyond that I could not get.
By extending lines etc there are loads of similar triangles but again I couldn't see how any of that would help.
By drawing I agree with your figure but by trig or other geometry it has me beat to the point I got quite annoyed and went and cleaned the study.
(I always clean something when I am angry, usually the kitchen, but we have a guy coming to fix the laser printer...)

...and that is where I fell down.
I didn't dare make an assumption.
Well done on you.
(They deliberately made it more complex than they needed to, with all the other circles and lines.)
So I was looking for something much more complex.
So once your assumption was proved the rest flowed naturally.
(I feel even more stupid than usual now.)
Thanks for the proof.
I'll keep plugging away!:):):)

Don't look at the news much but just found that a 29 yr old female was made a member of the House of Lords.
After only 6 years working as an adviser.

"Owen became the youngest person ever to receive a life peerage, at the age of 29, after just six years at Westminster in relatively junior roles."
So she could now get £56316 a year, tax free, plus other allowances just for attending. And they only "sit" for 156 days a year. i.e. 31 weeks a year.

So work 6 years for Boris and this is how he repays you, FOR LIFE.

We live in a mad mad world. (Well country!)
