Passing sums of money between very close relatives like parent to sibling is considered a gift unless there's a contract to say its a loan and set oot payment conditions. Signed by all involved. Wiv no evidence of starting to repay it will be difficult to prove different.

Morning all, not doing much today ive had orders to chill out a bit.
Got a replacement speedo surround for the D1 to fit the one fitted has been butchered & the original switches missing
& holders busted & replacement after market ones stuffed in, im on the hunt for some parts to make the inside nice again
as its rank & not nice to sit in. Head lining will be coming out too its discussing miss matched door cards speakers surrounds
missing A pillar trims missing, centre console out a 300tdi (chopped to fit) & a nasty job.
Rx8 seats which are comfy not sure I'll be keeping them either as the recliner handle is on the outside & it catches on my
troosers on the way oot. Might be better swapping them over an put the drivers seat on the passenger side.
Might be easier to find a whole rotten D1 with nice interior.

Still won’t stop the next bench from nicking your can and losing the straw…..I was *today* years old when I noticed a notch on the top of some oil-type spray can caps… and worked out what it’s for

Got to be AI too many of those cars look as if they were parked in an ornery car park. Far too clean especially the windows.
But in their heads this is how our nasty neighbours see our place!!!
