Could he pick up a radiator and bag of fittings anorl while he's there?Well... Joiner just arrived and guess what ?
Didn't bring any wood to fit skirting and door frames
He's off to the depot ten miles away to get some , couldn't make it up could you
He must have changed then engine then. D3 and 4 all have v shape engines in the uk. Can't see that being different for non uk. Or its a D5.Well I don't know exactly what he has in there and he cannot remember the number, a "M something or other" but he says it is a straight 6, a BMW engine and all the people he knows who know about cars, which is a lot, tell him that this is the strong engine, very good, etc etc.
I think it could be an M51 or an M57. But he said it was 3 litre. TBH not all that interested
I'll find out soon enough if i help him with it.
I didn't know the full before I commented.Don't see how he could use one in situ.
Obviously not that resourceful thenYer cause turning a 6 foot pillar drill upside down & squeezing it into a 3 foot hole wont be easy
No, 'cos that would be intelligent and 'they' don't do that.Could he pick up a radiator and bag of fittings anorl while he's there?
As I say, I don't know and he doesn't either! Yet! but he bought it with 150 k on the clock. So maybe the previous owner had a different engine put in. I haven't even looked under the bonnet but the exhaust manifold if it can be seen without removing covers will tell us.He must have changed then engine then. D3 and 4 all have v shape engines in the uk. Can't see that being different for non uk. Or its a D5.
I was just guessing cos I know he works on boats and the types of stainless stuff they have.I didn't know the full before I commented.
