I am really annoyed with FedEx, they have failed to deliver a package that I paid extra for delivery today. They have the audacity to say I was not in when there has been someone in all day. At the time they say they tried, both the wife and I were stood outside looking to see if they were coming!!!
I have opened a complaint but doubt it will get anywhere

I'm afraid you're right mate. We've had carriers just leave things on doorsteps before, the contract didn't stipulate signatures for domestics. Course, we don't use em any more..
