Thanks @marjon ....TBH I think it is a combination of NOT drinking 3x 1L of Vodka each week (each bottle is the calorie equivalent of a day's additional food).Thats good going Dan. Keep going it will soon be gone.
Sounds like a good diet. Or is it the exercise that really does it. Raise the seat on your bike and grow a bit height V weight

Plus the diet avoids/severely restricts Carbs (Satan's little helper) and I am in deficit by about 800 - 1,000 carbs each day.
However I am actually eating very rich & satisfying foods which mean you just don't feel hungry or "snackish".
Early days, only been doing it 5 weeks but I am pleased so far. I am sure the rate of loss will tail off but I am in this for the long-haul; I am fed up feeling fat, bloated and ill-at-ease with myself. All good motivation.
