That despite feeling "shabby" (still do) I did the Gym thing anyway and had a good session.
The burning pain in my chest as I breathe deeply isn't wonderful, but I got through all of the leg strengthening exercises I wanted to do and I had a 12 minute brisk walk on the treadmill to warm up and a 30 minute recumbent bike ride to finish off.
Home to a nice hot shower and a LCHF lunch. I'm killing that "fat bastid" inside me bit-by-bit and enjoying doing so.

Am wotchin this ut wurk. We red the book ut school int english lessuns.

I quite like loonies. They have some very interesting policies in their manifestos, we should all vote for them and liven things up a bit.

Today I finished scraping paint and sanding down me garding gates and finished the primer painting. SWMBO called into wickes for me yesterday and gotten me some replacement carriage bolts for the hinges (old ones were a bit rotten). More painting tomorrow, and hinges to grind and paint. (hinges look like they were made in a blacksmiths shop, big n heavy). And I as ordered a smart battery charger for the Landy. First charger I have bought since 1976, how things have moved on .

I would love to see Corbyn sweeping the streets at least he wont have an excuse for looking like a tramp. I would like to see Dianne ( tranny Trevor Mcdonald ) Abbott work in an all white children primary school teaching maths
