Thanks but a bit too rough for my liking. I had some general grabber AT2 previously. I noticed a rumble and vibration geater than normal but thought the tyres would wear in. After a few thousand miles it was still bad, but bearable. I went to bala 4x4 in wales which is nearly 3 hours drive. Noise was annoying all the way. I test drove a Freelander 2 and drove back on the motorway afterwards and decised my AT2's had to go. Replaced with Pirelli scorpion str. A more road biased tyre but the difference in comfort with less drone is amazing. Some years ago I was warned by the main dealer man who carried out a 4 wheel alignment for me, not to have a rougher tread than the original mitchelin xpc on the Freelander 1 or the ride will suffer. He was right. My oft road driving is for fun and I don't do much so the str is a more suitable tread.
