I have to go to that dark place (Basildon) tomorrow to pick up some new spectacles.
Have elected to try and avoid the chaos by taking the train instead of driving/parking/struggling in/out of the mayhem.

I have just spent the day in Worcestershire/Herefordshire and the amount of water around makes Wales look like a desert!

Yep it is flooded everywhere, if i din't have the D2 I wouldn't be mobile.
