It's a long time since I was up that way - 50 years!! Used to travel on my motorbike between home and Oban when I had work up that way, 300 miles each way. Had to fill up the tank twice on the way, after starting with a full tank. Last fuel stop just north of Glasgow, with a 100 miles to go and could just make it on the fumes left in the tank. Used to stop at the Rest And Be Thankful for a few minutes breather.

A good day overall, Osteo says my head won't fall off any time soon (well not until I have paid in full).
Mini is ready for the MOT (11AM tomozz, please hold a minutes silence and cross your fingers for me if you wouldn't mind).
My Sis & fella are coming on Saturday for the Weekend so a good time is anticipated and we are getting prepared.
