Eye bring sad wata but news. The one eye tried ter plastic weld int welded wata tyte. It be leekin anorl from said crack. Every cloud...
Crack is vertical and erbout 8 inches long. I was thinking erbout putting lots of window sealent each side, then sandwedge the lot with 2 stripes of stainless steel with bolts ter old it tight. Stainless would be 2 inch wide and hold the sealent int place as well as giving it some strength. I dun't need ter fix it. Just wanted ter have er go at plastic welding.Got an old inner tube kicking around?
Cut it up and get the puncture repair kit out stick a patch on the inside over crack job jobbed.

After the leek is fixed eye will still need ter strengthen it or the pressure of wata will split it open. Eye may just use half of it for now and get another if eye can't fix it using other ways. If needed I would buy an inner tube to have a go with that.Suppose it depends what you got laying around

Clag a patch on with some solvent weld cement (like wot is used on plastic drainage pipes) and can be got from screwfix, wickes etc. (But probably doesn't work on polythene type plastics).Crack is vertical and erbout 8 inches long. I was thinking erbout putting lots of window sealent each side,
A couple of tight metal bands around the outside, like they make barrels??After the leek is fixed eye will still need ter strengthen it or the pressure of wata will split it open. Eye may just use half of it for now and get another if eye can't fix it using other ways. If needed I would buy an inner tube to have a go with that.
