In the UK. no, the number has to be the same as the towing vehicle, but in many countries, France being one of them, it has to be its own.

So you looked up the D2? at 2.1 tonnes?I was surprised at the wt of the D2 (the V8 seems lighter).
Besides that Pug wouldn't tow it.
Think our tri axle is around 800kg (not sure if that includes sides or not, think not).

Yes yer does. Bin the case ferra long time. LR's never came wiv em as standard.

Eye had a friendly squirrel who was going a bit shy. Drive way squirrel that was more cautious and din't stick around fer more nuts. Just a few. And anuvva that din't know nuts were available. He would run oft. He were the last eye seen at the weekend. Others av bin gone 14 days. Somefink has bit me hedgehog water bowl and broked it. Then a second time anuvva day. Eye is starting to wonder if someone has put poison oot. Cold wevva has gone now.

Yet having a Dixon-Bate, mine is only "on" when towing. I remove the ball bit whenever I am not to save it getting nicked.
