I have to say, yet again, that I worry about you spending time searching for this sort of stuff online to be able to put it up!
Mind you, if you were searching for more heathrow sexual stuff and your missus glanced over your shoulder, you'd have more of a battle convincing her that is was "only to put up as a joke on LZ!"

I dont need to search I know where to find weird stuff 🤣 🤣

Another day is almost over and I am not really any the wiser than I was before.
Although a tidy-up of my workshop says there is a 40" corridor between the workbench and the lathe and that may be wide enough to fit my trike into.

There are rumblings of a Dutch-trip for this year, so maybe I need to get some practice in. :)

Morning All. :D
Lovely night's kip really. Probably got at least 7 hours in. :)
Herself is out getting the paper and getting her Ma's meats from the butcher. :)
I am enjoying a cup of coffee and catching up on my LZ stuff.
Got kids staying over tonight and tomorrow night. :(
#2 sons wife has done him over by placing a red-flag on the mortgage which means he can't just renew at variable rate or get a new fixed term deal in July. Now he has gone self-employed he is going to struggle to prove earnings etc.
All done to force the sale of the house and get her share of equity. She doesn't care that it makes her kids (and him homeless) from the place they have lived in for so long.
Some people need culling. IMHO. :(

Have good day. :D

Thats a right bitch she doesnt care about they kids, he just needs to keep good books to prove his earnings. He needs to register
as a sole trader then do a proper tax return when the time comes. You can still get a mortgage being self employed its not hard to prove your earnings unless he doesn want to pay tax lol

It helps the longer he has been earning, I get the feeling that isn't very long at the mo, but yes it is totally possible as you say.

But house prices are being difficult at the mo, as they were in my case.
So maybe he can fend her off for a while by refusing to accept the offers they get, when/if they get any!!

But all the stuff about keeping a roof over the kids head should weigh in his favour.

(My ex-refused to believe how much we would have to drop the price to sell it. That was fine for a while as she paid her half of the mortgage while I was living in it. (She lived elsewhere!) In the end I paid her over the odds to flip off and .....
Well the detail isn't important.
If she'd cut up rougher I would have endeavoured to auction it off and buy it back via a third party!!!)
