Thanks, it's a problem.Re the kids and best friends the restraining order needs extending sadly, the breaking in was breaking and entry plus prolly threatening behaviour. Police must know about this and they should have "had a word" at the very least. It sounds as if it has got to the point where the grandaughter needs to be living in a refuge, with the kids. But that would leave the house and belongings vulnerable. Unless she can put the stuff into storage, which of course costs money.
None of this is easy.

Had police round today to report everything and they are compiling evidence for an arrest for not keeping to restraining order.

Big hugs BMorning, I should get to see my father tomorrow. He is still in A&E but they hope to find him a bed on the ward today.
I feel he will be in for a while until they can sort aftercare.
