They acknowledge its a variable direct debit, but they keep overcharging compared to the published rate and the units actually used. Fruad requires a level of deception and gain by the fraudster. You haven't lost the money.

Do they charge 38 sovs extra on each payment or does said over payment vary each time?

Does yer monthly statement show you using more energy than the units you told them about? If you tell then say 5 days before the cut oft date for invoicing, do they add on 5 days of average energy, onto the figures you give, which could account for the 38 sovs?

If thay keep doing it its incompetence and fraudulent if thay are doing it to a lot of customers who gets the interest thay do

looking good though.
