Fruad requires a level of deception and gain by the fraudster. You haven't lost the money.Nope, it's a pay as you go direct debit. They and I have had the discussion about overcharging once already.
They acknowledge its a variable direct debit, but they keep overcharging compared to the published rate and the units actually used. If a large company keeps getting its sums wrong and I don't and they agree that I have the correct figures what else can you call it other than misrepresentation leading to a financial advantage for them?
Do they charge 38 sovs extra on each payment or does said over payment vary each time?
Does yer monthly statement show you using more energy than the units you told them about? If you tell then say 5 days before the cut oft date for invoicing, do they add on 5 days of average energy, onto the figures you give, which could account for the 38 sovs?
