Ah mildly
Ah that is a shame.I hate silver cars and bloody hate cream or tan interiors in cars.
Tan leather goes very well with BRG paintwork, again, piping kinda "lifts" it.I hate silver cars and bloody hate cream or tan interiors in cars.
That's more than 4 letters!!!!!!!Precipitation
It's enough for me when I was car shopping to exit advert and move onAh that is a shame.
Cream leather is so lush But it doesn't benefit from a bit of piping.
It's a pain to keep clean though! We have it in two cars, so I am biased!
No I don't have a strong enough machine to do it. I have made arm rest padding for a van before.Tan leather goes very well with BRG paintwork, again, piping kinda "lifts" it.
Tell me, with all your sewing and that, have you ever done any work on cars' seats, interiors, soft tops or tonneau covers?
Well that's a shame, dyeing it another colour is very easy!!It's enough for me when I was car shopping to exit advert and move on
I keep my vehicle clean but I've know someone to have cream for classiness and their jeans had managed to stain it and I think I have enough stuff to worry about rather than keeping cream seats cream.Well that's a shame, dyeing it another colour is very easy!!
I have various old Singer machines I use to make tonneau covers and soft tops. They could also deal with leather if I use the right needle. I wish I had an industrial sewing machine. No I don't have a strong enough machine to do it. I have made arm rest padding for a van before.
I'm looking at getting a juki 1182n for stronger work though.
Please don't make this personal, I was just making a comment or two.I keep my vehicle clean but I've know someone to have cream for classiness and their jeans had managed to stain it and I think I have enough stuff to worry about rather than keeping cream seats cream.
Never heard of a Juki.No I don't have a strong enough machine to do it. I have made arm rest padding for a van before.

No I'm not but I'm saying why I don't go for themPlease don't make this personal, I was just making a comment or two.
Juki machines are fab very hardwearingNever heard of a Juki.
But then I'm not exactly "up" in sewing machines, beyond what W wants for burpdays etc!
I think I get that now.No I'm not but I'm saying why I don't go for them
Singers from the mid 90s are not worth it anymore, after it was bought out. It's a shame and hear singer and think great quality but they are no longer.I have various old Singer machines I use to make tonneau covers and soft tops. Kit cars don't come with this stuff, or they can do but it is hugely expensive and sometimes (often times) doesn't fit. And making your own seats is often the only option.
I picked up my last Singer in its own table etc for less than £30 in our usual auction, together with an overlocker and another computerised machine that came with no pedal and plug, which I am fighting to find. the last two machine are what W saw, we never even knew about the Singer until we went to pick up the overlocker!
All my Singers are ancient! one is even hand cranked. (W has yet to dare to use her overlocker, though she hasn't yet had the need! )Singers from the mid 90s are not worth it anymore, after it was bought out. It's a shame and hear singer and think great quality but they are no longer.
If your singers have a k on the serial number they would have been made in Clydebank.
Can't live without an over locker and I'd love an old singer that would be so good for my needs.
They will be the better ones then. All my Singers are ancient! one is even hand cranked. (W has yet to dare to use her overlocker, though she hasn't yet had the need! )
I remember some time ago reading the history of Singers. Quite interesting.
Oh and forgot that W has one that swings up through a table, is a treadle and came with all those amazing tools in an intricately carved drawer. (She refuses to use it or let me use it.)
We is just about to partake of Sunday lunch. Roast Chook and all the trimmings.Where has the day gone? Loads left to do and the light is fading fast.
