Was bright and Sunny earlier but has gone overcast now.
If we are playing the BP game still today then; The average score on my CE approved device is 100/62 @68 and this mornings was 109/68 @67.
Over medicated and overweight here

About 25 years ago I decided I wasn't going to take my blood pressure any more. To date, I've stuck with that decision, so I have no idea what mine's doing.

Not something I do regularly...or from choice......but Doc wants figures for a 5 day period so I guess I'll be doing it twice a day for the duration.
Never had my cholesterol checked either

The form W has got to fill in over a 7 day period tells her how to work out the average, (Not something I do regularly...or from choice......but Doc wants figures for a 5 day period so I guess I'll be doing it twice a day for the duration.

) and also says, "Ignore the first day's readings as you'll be getting used to using the machine"!!! So that might reduce everyone's average.She has to do it in the a.m., twice, at least 1 min apart, then the same thing in the evening. I guess this must to a certian extent reduce the effects of errors.
Her readings this a.m. were certainly lower as a result of doing it properly.
I'll put up a link to aforementioned doc on how to do ot properly and the effects of not doing so, some of which is surprising.

Flipping 'eck, mate, sympathies. (My dad lost 4/5ths of his lung area to TB, but once cured it didn't get any worse, so not quite the same.)

Just got back in adecided to have a play wiv the dash cam. i.e. try to play summat back off it.
Only done this once or twice before and have to relearn every time.
Anyway, did get good footage of the Lycra lout who rode past me at the red light and straight out, more or less, onto the main road. If it had been a bus swinging round onto the road he rode out of, instead of a little green hatchback, he'd have caught it!
Language from both me and W too fruity! Plus I don't know how to edit video.
Must learn how!
