Mediators I would imagine, have a lot of experience of both halves of a couple being downtrodden and brow beaten. Both the females and the males. I don't think they'd be much cop at the job if they weren't.
If one half of the couple is willing to go to mediation and the other half isn't then there is no point in doing it.

Each "brand" of tower has individual requirements for stability. Normally they should not need to be tied to a building as that is not part of their design. Usually stability is provided by the outriggers. Towers should only be erected by trained and competent persons. I would recommend you get a scaffolding company in to put up a tower for you. (I was a qualified scaffold inspector in my working life so I am aware of the big risks involved by not getting it right).I need to hire an access tower for the roof at the back of the house ...
