Just to make sure it is all good and encourage the spiders and such-like to vacate the premises.
The Brisket is being smoked and the gas BBQ will be for the burgers, sausages and steaks.
Choice of App & Pear wood-smoking chips or whisky -Barrel. What say you?

destroyed. Shes going oh what a best boy bla bla Not to mention slabbing out the back cause he was eating

We sleep OK cos we organise things so that the upper floor is relatively cool when we go to bed and we have one of those "silent" fans that can stay on all night.
but the heat during the day saps our energy and means that F all gets done.
