Was digging me weeds last night and somefink flittered past me. Eye fort eye knows the sound of that. It were a robin. Stayed still and looked round slowly and it were on the floor looking for wurms in the soil eye had dug. Eye carried on wiv me back to it. Over the next 2 hours it kept coming back fer more wurms. Eye ignored it mostly which ment it wurn't so scared. It was only small so it only went for the tiny ones eye din't spot. At one point eye were crouched down wobberling weeds to get the soil oft the roots and it were 8 inch to the side of me. Eye stood up and it were hopping round me wellys looking fer food. On some occasions eye moved a few meters away so it could look where eye were digging. Am not going to try to befriend this one by hand feeding it. Eye has put up me cage feeder which only small burds can get int. Me wurms in that are slowly disappearing so hopefully me new bobbin gets some anorl.

Had my first weekend off since March so thought I would do something different. Can’t get to mainland with a vehicle as Calmac not got any space In June, so went the other way to Jura. Was great weather and nice views

Casserole day in cassul hippo. Gorra have yer vegerbles. But eye forgot to put it on. Chuck was thord oot so eye fort chuck, chips and unyun in the air fryer would be good. Unyun on top of chuck on top of chips. Big mistake. Unyun started to burn. Chips weren't fully cooked. Had to stop it to take oot the unyun, then finsh cooking. Dished up then put it back in to cook some more as the chips still weren't cooked.
Blue skys oot there. Heard on the grape vine we ain't having rain during june. Thats not good. Only got half a water butt left.
