I think you may have a problem as you say you are not old but you nap a heck of a lot then post at silly o'clock in the morning
Eye wake up at strange hours and sometimes can't get back to sheep. Hence the early morning posting. Early this morning eye watched an hour of the nooker then went back to sheep. Some of this may be going to bed too early. If eye lie down eye can easily fall er sheep within 15 mins. This might be down to working or doing fings until eye drop oft. Hence posting again when I wake during the nite.

I kinda got that which is where Stan's second line of defence comes in.
No password is actooly printed as a password, instead it is a hint eg "Last phone number"
"work one"
"Our commune"
And variations on that theme. (Sorry, should have made that clear.)
I find it hard that people would actooly print their proper passwords anywhere on their pooter. But then that is just me.
Too much time spent doing cryptic crosswords.
Even the file with the passwords document in it is named with a cryptic clue, in French.;):)
There's two problems to avoid. Peeps gerrin yer passwords if yer phooter is nicked. Peeps gerrin yer passwords if they gain access to yer phooter, like scammers in india. If yer hidden them by not naming them, then that providess a level of protection. Fing is yer never expect yer security to be compromised. When it is, like loosing yer fone that auto logs into yer email, it can be a massive problem. I know someone who once got locked oot of their bank and online cloud storage.

Evening folks. Lots of long walks today, cut the meadow (more like a meadow than a lawn) food shop and thought I can chill. Got called out but managed to clean my egr whilst out as it's been a bit juddery lately. Thought It would be a good idea whilst changing airfilter. To which my nana was bemused that I did it. Bless.

That sounds like a more serious kidney function test than I have ever had. But then they prolly warned you that chemo can be pretty nasty.
But better to go through it than not and have the other.
After W had her breast ops she was supposed to do chemo but her bod wouldn't take it so she had to have extensive radiotherapy instead. She was lucky, it seems to have worked.
So all sympathies to you mate and hope it isn't too unpleasant. 7 a.m. is the crack of sparrow's flatulence, hope you manage to keep your eyes open!

All the very best
