You don't think it's a ******* then ?
No I have no plans
Eye is in bed.
I'd agree with that except that the ones in the Uk don't do it and we leave them alone and with the pressure off for 6 months too. Maybe the older ones were made of sterner stuff! (Or the pressure is less anyway, of course!)It's strange others that we know that are away from their property for long periods especially over winter are always complaining about washers breaking down could be that thay deform when there is no pressure in the system
This might help you out

Me off to bed too, and I am getting well sick of the sound of rain on the roof!
Have a lovely weekend folks!
Cheers TT.
I am not looking forward to the prospect of having long-term "house-guests".

But interesting to know we ain't the only ones.
Ta for that!
Eye fink rubber washers last longerer if exercised occasionally. Not using a tap for a while keeps constant pressure on them. Seems to make them split sooner.I'd agree with that except that the ones in the Uk don't do it and we leave them alone and with the pressure off for 6 months too. Are you up to much this weekend mate?Weekend welcome to you all
Hope it goes well.A lovely day has dawned so it is full speed ahead - empty everything out of the MoHo and then clean it inside - forget the outside! Thursday is the day for the first annual habitation check at the dealers and they insist it is all clear for them to work on. I am not looking forward to doing it 'cos I know that I have got a lot of 'stuff' to move.
Enjoy your weekend one and all and I hope it is going to be more enjoyable than mine!
